What services do these terms cover?

These terms set the general framework for cooperation with MediaHype on marketing and related work for crypto projects. They apply together with an individual proposal, where the parties specify the task, deliverables, and work schedule. If a condition specific to a particular project is separately recorded in the proposal, refer to it for the agreed task.

Before starting, check that the agreement includes:

• platforms and promotion formats, if they are part of the project;
• a list of preparatory and execution work;
• materials, access, and actions to be provided by the client;
• timelines, cost, and procedure for confirming milestones;
• the expected reporting format and contact for operational questions.

Work begins after these details and the necessary source materials are agreed upon. Verbal discussions help clarify the task, but key decisions are best confirmed in writing in correspondence or a proposal. This reduces the risk of misunderstanding the scope and allows the team to plan actions. How are the scope, timeline, and deliverables agreed upon?

The scope and timeline are determined individually before the project starts. The client receives exactly the work and materials listed in the agreed proposal; additional tasks are first evaluated and confirmed separately to avoid changing the plan without the consent of both parties.

In marketing for crypto projects, the result may be prepared materials, campaign setup, agreed placements, coordination of executors, or a report on completed actions. The specific composition depends on the chosen format. For example, for SMM, it is important to define in advance the channels, topics, language, and approval process for publications. For placements on external platforms, the platform, format, and available campaign parameters should be separately recorded.

It is useful for the client to appoint a contact person before starting, gather up-to-date project descriptions, and provide the necessary links and visual materials. If the input changes, report it immediately: the team will assess whether the change affects the timeline or scope of work and propose an updated plan for approval. Completed work is confirmed based on the agreed materials and milestones, not on metrics that the agency does not control. If necessary, the terms regarding guarantees and refunds should be reviewed separately before confirming the order.

Payment, materials, and client obligations

Payment is made in the order and currency agreed for the project. MediaHype accepts USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON, and BNB; the specific asset, address, and payment confirmation procedure should be verified before the transfer. The client is responsible for ensuring that the provided information about the project is current, and that images, texts, trademarks, and other materials can be used for the agreed task. If access is required for the work, grant it with the minimum necessary permissions and specify the secure transfer method. Do not include secret keys or data not needed for the work in correspondence.

The client also responds promptly to requests, approves prepared materials, and reports significant changes to the project or platforms. Delays in materials, approval, or access may shift the schedule: the new timeline should be separately confirmed. If the scope of the task, campaign direction, or input changes after agreement, the parties record the updated scope of work and related conditions before proceeding.

What depends on platform rules and is not part of the agency's promises?

MediaHype is responsible for the agreed actions and delivery of the specified materials, but does not make decisions on behalf of third-party platforms. For placements and listings, the platform itself determines format availability, project approval, data verification, moderation, display order, and interface position. These decisions may change according to its rules, algorithms, or editorial assessment.

Before ordering, check that the project meets the requirements of the chosen platform and that information about the token, team, and product can be verified. Do not plan a launch assuming the platform will necessarily approve the application or maintain a specific placement in an unchanged position. In the agreed plan, you can define what actions the team takes in case of a review delay or change in format availability, but the platform's decision cannot be replaced by an agreement with the agency.

For its part, MediaHype clarifies in advance the limitations that apply to the chosen work and separates confirmed actions from expected effects. This helps compare the placement format with the project's task, prepare the necessary information, and choose an alternative if a specific option is unavailable. Only the execution of the agreed scope of work is promised; application approval, ranking position, reach, or review timelines remain outside the team's control.

How to handle confidential information and disputes?

Only provide the team with the confidential information necessary for the agreed work. It is better to define the composition of access and materials in advance and not send information not required for the task. The rules for processing personal data and handling information are described in the privacy policy; review it before providing such data.

If a disagreement arises regarding scope, timeline, payment, or accepted material, first report it via the work contact and attach a reference to the relevant agreement. Describe which part of the result raises the question and what clarification would help resolve it. This procedure allows cross-referencing the original task, completed actions, and current agreements without losing context.

If the project requires a plan revision, the parties confirm changes in writing before performing additional work.
